A Reggie Miller Education

children-in-classroomI’ve always been interested in how we structure education. As an “adult” educator – or learning and development professional, I’ve wondered if we couldn’t learn a bit more from the career of former NBA great Reggie Miller. What if our education system more fully reflected the reality of the uniqueness of every child and focused on unlocking their unique set of strengths. That’s the focus of an editorial I just had published for the Deseret News.
